I love a great campaign as much as the next person, but I also know our work isn’t just entertainment. Millions of eyes see what we do, and that responsibility carries weight. 

If I had to give a piece of advice to anyone starting out? Advertising needs two things: social responsibility and a big heart. (Well, and a lot of coffee, but I don’t want to scare the next generation away just yet).
